Will FJ Steelies fit on stock 99

I'm not sure about steelies, but I do know for a fact that stock FJ wheels fit fine without the need for a spacer or anything. I have them on my 4R with no problems.

Will the stock fj 17" rims fit the 4th generation without needing spacers?...
