And another plus is that now I can use my old antenna as a weapon should I be attacked. That'll leave a mark.
 
Don't mean to hi-jack the thread...after wash and partial wax. Damn truck is too big to finish in one sitting.

It seems to be pretty decent, I haven't noticed a difference. I get some stations better with the stubby than with the original. Stations that were static-ey with the other antenna are about the same.
