1999 5VZ runner - Where to buy parts online?

Hello guys im new with 4runners, got me a 1999 3400cc

Where can i buy parts, for start im looking for the Inside Fuel Meter (the floating device that send the info to the dashboard).

in advance thanks for your help.

Also quick question, how many liters of engine oil do i need?

There are many places.........where are you located?
