my 06 has 44,500 miles on it and i always put in m1 5w30 synthetic with fram extended performance filter. is it ok if i change the oil every 7,000 miles? should it be changed sooner? or can i prolong oil change intervals? the temp here year round is usually between 60 and 88 degrees, not sure...

i wanted to lift my truck 2/1 and was wondering if there was any noticable difference in ride quality between changing the coils compared to just adding the cornfed spacer. is the ride difference worth the extra money? thanks

i am from hawaii and today it had very heavy rain. i was driving on the highway at about 50-55 when all of a sudden there was beeping and the back end started to slide the engine slowed down and then was able to resume driving. is this normal? is there a way to disable what ever that was?

i have luminics 9006 55w input 130 output in my fogs. i was wondering if the lens could possibly melt because of the heat. and if i upgraded the wiring harness for the headlight and put 85w bulbs would i have to worry about the lens getting to hot?
