having trouble getting rear strut out

wouldn't you want the end your working on to be drooping as low as possible so you can release coil compression?

having trouble getting rear strut out

i got the bottom bolt to the rear strut out, but when i try to loosen the top nut out the whole strut just spins along with it. What should i do? Also how can i get some space to take the rear coil springs out their doesn't seem to be enough room to attach the spring compressors.

    brake disc dangling

I released the 2 bolts that connect the brake disc to the lower control arm to allow more space to install the lift kit but since the new strut is longer, it's pushing the lower control arm so down and i cant push the brake disc down to reconnect the 2 bolts. Suggestions?
