Had the CEL and VSC lights come on yesterday. Diagnosis from mechanic was: O2 sensor bad air flow mass sensor bad leaky exhaust gasket valve cover gasket leak inlet manifold gasket leak. sigh

Aaaand "check engine" and "VSC" lights are back on. [emoji58]

How do I attach/rig an electrical hookup for towing to my 2002 SR5? I might be getting a pop-up camper and need to be able to hook up brake lights, etc. Thanks

So the 'D' on my 2002 4Runner's instrument panel is out. I'll put the truck in Drive but the 'D' is no longer illuminated (pic attached). Is this an easy fuse fix or do I need to dig in behind the panel to replace a bulb? Thanks

Are the rear lights supposed to be on as part of my 4Runner's daytime running lights? The rear brake lights work fine but the tailights don't come on while in JUST daytime running lights. They DO come on when the I turn the headlights on though.

Was driving last night when it did the 'stuttering' thing again. This time I noticed that it draws on the battery as the dash lights dimmed a little bit. Not HUGELY noticeable but definitely happening.

ANY input here would be much appreciated.

Update: It seems the stuttering was because of using low grade gas. Unrelated to solenoid. When I put high grade gas in, no problems, no stuttering. After putting the cheap stuff in again (ethanol blend) the stuttering came back. Is this a fuel injector issue?
