01-02 rear window roll down aftermarket remote

So I'm adding an aftermarket alarm system and want to add the rear window function to it, I've identified the 2 wires that make the window go up and down in the dash, you ground 1 out and it lowers the window, ground the other and it rolls it up, how would I set up the relays to have Aux 1 control 1 function and Aux 2 does the other

Long story short, did the mod that allows you to roll your window up and down with the factory fob, well I am dumb and really want to add that feature to my aftermarket alarm, I've found which wires in the dash make the rear window roll up and down but it only does it with power, well I've tracked down what are constant 12v and what is 12v with ignition on, and everytime I try to bridge a connection either up front or the rear ecu, it provides power to the whole ignition system, anyone a little better at reading a wiring diagram??
