02 sensor location

I can't seem to find that answer ...I have the same problem - (V8) I now know its the upstream sensor, but driver or passenger side? I may be old, but I didn't see an answer! Help a fella out, please!

Bank 1 is always the side that has Cylinder #1. Which side that is, depends on your engine. Since no one in the third gen forum here has a V8 from the factory, it will be hard to answer that question if you don't know where the #1 cylinder is. Try the 4th gen forum.

On the V6 most of us have here, #1 is on the passenger side on the front, but I don't know about your V8. I'd guess it's the same, but it's a guess.

Extremely useful info yet again here on T4R.org - LOVE this group!! This has been a mystery to me for several years, and now I finally get around to tracking it down and it's a measly $50 part. Sheesh..... Thanks T Durk and all the rest, you guys rock! :guitar2:
