Does anyone know of an aftermarket headlight that has an integrated turn signal light in it or know how to wire it so it uses the parking light as the turn signal?

The plastic underneath needs to be removed or replaced as the newer headlights are not flat on the bottom. Lots of threads on this mod, here's an in depth one.
