I have the FJ Toyota emblem and an 08 replacement grill on the way to me.

If I sent both these pieces to you plus anything else you needed, could you:

• install mesh of my choice or your recommendation (I am looking at this plastic mesh here or something similar, durable, and OEM looking)
• paint the chrome shadow mica to match my body
• custom paint the "TOYOTA" emblem to be shadow mica with white outline like this

Thats a really cool mod for the FJ60 emblem, making them individual letters like that, I just got my satoshi grill and might do that!

Thats what I was gonna do originally till I found the 4runner emblem :wink2:

No I can't

I still haven't done one for the '03-05 grilles. I've got one on hold right now, waiting for time to start on it, but I've got nothing right now and can't give an estimate until I'm sure how cost effective I can make the process.

That one was made for th1e swin1e, I plan to start making some that are similar to work with the '03-05 headlights. The grille above will only work with '06-09 headlights. I still have your name on my list (I think you're 3rd or 4th) and planned to contact everyone on my list after I've finished the first prototype.

i might be doing this mod in the near future but want to know if its possible to have mesh flush with the grill and not be bent on the ends. trying to find out if there is a way to do this without the odd looking bent edge. only problem i can see with doing this is how i sill be mounting it.

i was looking into [MENTION=85435]HomerTaco[/MENTION] 's m1 mesh

i like the look of the thin lip setup but dont know if it would be something hard to do on our trucks
