So the rear hatch lock actuator went bad in my runner, so naturally I took it apart to find out why it wasnt locking. there were worn out parts inside the housing the were not fixable, so I paid the rediculous price for a new one. I install it, nothing happens. The door will close and latch, but will not unlock or open without using the manual override lever located inside the unit on the side. It doesnt power close, or make any sounds like it is actually powering on. Checked fuses, all good. Anyone know if theres a way to test it, or do I have to do some sort of reset? Yes the unit is plugged in and mounted correctly, just as the factory unit before it. Thanks in advance!
