04 SR5 V6 low/no heat on passenger side

I've searched and searched. Here is my situation:

2004 SR5 V6 with low or no heat on all passenger side ducts. Drivers side is fine. Here is what I have done so far:

1. Lower Air Mix servo motor arm opens an closes by increasing from max lo to max hi heat; about 90 degrees. However, the resistance check of this servo measures fine for max cold, but is off about 1800 Ohms for max heat.
2. All Mode button functions appear to operate the upper mode damper sub assy correctly.

If the max hot works on the left, could that servo mix unit still be affecting the right side operation??? I could understand if this were a Limited model that uses separate servo's for L and R....

Thoughts?

It's fixed. Several flushes of heater core and a 10 min soak with CLR. Had an air lock for a bit, but it finally burped enough. :cheers::cheers:
