Any burn marks on the bulbs at the metal tabs ? Try using some electrical silicon. Might be a poor connection, causes heat and burns out.

Bulb socket replacement

Did you also replace the bulb socket? I learned that one the hard way with my first bulb replacement. The socket is what twist locks into the reflector housing, what you insert the bulb into, and what the cable plugs into the back of. I think its really a good design to be able to replace the socket the same time you replace a bulb, it improves reliability.

Have not replace the socket the space is too tight to do anything barely could get my hands in there, where could I get the sockets?

It's poor connections causing heat. Try some electrical silicon, you can pick up at any auto store. If that doesn't fix it, your probably going to replace it. It probably doesn't seal all the way, condensation builds up and you now see the end result.

mine ended up being the DRL/turn signal relay module going bad that caused some stupid amps to get passed to my bulbs. it melted the sockets and burned up a couple sets of bulbs before i found the issue. it eventually went out completely and once i put a new one in with new sockets the issue has not returned.
