05 Spoiler vs. 04 Spoiler

Dammit iForce, you changed camps! Earlier in this thread I thought you were "anti-spoiler"?? :

Maybe I'll just have to take mine off and live with it for a while. As they say, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I just never thought that would apply to spoilers on 4Runners...

does the 2004 model Toyota spoiler come with an LED rear brake lamp, or is it bulbs.

I've got an '03, and it didn't come with any spoiler. I don't miss it at all. As far as looks go, they are FUGLY, IMHO of course. I am old school, I actually think the plain black wing of the 3rd gens is much more appealing. It would go much better with the black mirrors and roof rack I already have.

I kinda like the spoiler now, didn't at first when I had a 2004 model without it. I don't think most people even notice the "hump" on the 2005 model unless you

I asked before, but no answer, so can someone who has a 2004 4Runner with the factory installed spoiler tell me if it has an led brakelight.

It has a brakelight, not sure if it is LED...

I heard this was going to be the 2008 spoiler

4Runner looks way better w/ the spoiler. Very ugly without it.

My spoiler indeed does keep the rear glass dry when I'm driving in the rain.

i ordered my truck with a spoiler and it came w/out the bump.....

Ive always liked it that way, but iim sure i wouldnt mind it the other way....
