06-09 tail light mod question.

I've read that putting 06-09 tail lights on the 03-05 is plug and play, but the ones I bought on eBay don't. The connections are different. Is there an adapter that may have been missing with the new tail lights? If so where can I get adapters! Thanks!!

Use the bulbs and sockets from your stock housing. Shouldn't be any connections. Throw up some pics for reference
