Starting a thread because I don't see what I am looking for. Has anyone plasti dipped their 14 trail wheels? Trying to see what it does to the Mag Grey 4Runner if that combination is out there. Thanks buds.

Long story short, plastidip is a cheap and temporary, but reliable, option. You can 'paint' pretty much anything to see if you like it, and if you don't you can remove it very easily. Not to mention can be applied to the rim while it's mounted on the tire/vehicle
Powdercoating is permanent, expensive, and not a way to test the look of something. That and you have to dismount the rims entirely..so you can see the difference in commitment and price between the two.

Yup, that looks great. Thanks for the photo. I'll have to upload mine after I do them once it decides to stop snowing in Denver.
