'15 SR5P rear bumper cover and quarter panel damage

I swear the concrete post I scraped jumped out behind me! Anywhoo, I'm beyond pissed at myself for not paying as close attention while backing up and wanted to get some opinions of people who know more (or have been there).

I've got a '15 SR5P Magnetic Grey; pictures of the offense are below - they all were straight on my initial preview and on my phone, sorry for the weird angles. My question is: if I want to get it looking as good as new, should I go to a dealer with all Toyota parts and paint (and pay more), or go to a reputable body shop which may have to do some color matching but pay a decent amount less? The money's important but not enough so if you guys think a dealer collision dept will be best. I know I'm likely in for a new bumper, some wheel trim, and at least knocking out and paint on the quarter panel (dented in and scratched). If anyone in the north atlanta area has recommendations on shops, they are greatly appreciated as well.

For those who want to say it, I can't go with a mod bumper, my wife would kill me. I've never had a new car, and the fact that I did it to myself makes it hurt more... Thanks for any advice/info!

personally if it were me id spray some clear coat on the metal to keep it from rusting and get myself a CBI swing out

You are gonna need a new flare. They will straighten the quarter panel and repair the bumper cover. It's all about the shop and not whether it is a dealer shop or not. Find a good one, suck it up and quit backing into stuff.

You need a much better story, that just sounds boring.

Find a good shop, dealers are hit or miss, if you know anyone that works in insurance usually they know the good shops. Don't beat yourself up, we all hit stuff from time to time, the bright side is you'll be less worried about taking it off road now!

Shit... That'll buff out!!!

Seriously though, just like Marshall suggested, I'd spray it down with WD40 or cooking oil so it doesn't rust. I wouldn't do a paint though, just a good oil and keep it sprayed down until you fix it, especially if you're in a place where they use chemicals for snow/ice melt! Do it NOW!!!!

Concrete jungle, gotta watch your back... literally. I got attacked too, was parallel parking in a parking garage on the ramp. There is a spot along a 45 degree wall between 2 columns. I was parallel parking so that I was facing down hill and the wall on my left. I was looking back over my shoulder at the column, then glanced in my left side mirror and it looked like the tailight was touching the wall. I thought I took out the whole left rear quarter panel! Fortunately for me it was just the bumper, could have been so much worst though!!

I got an extimate for $900 + so I decided I would try and do it myslef, I haven't painted in about 10 years and only has a hobby. I've never tried doing spot repair so I'm still learning. I'll probably make a new post about it once its done. I found more scratches so the area of repair got bigger, I had to stop my self or I would've been painting the whole car.

Progress, I need to wet sand the edges to blend the clear. There is a little bit of a lip right now. I'll sand out the orange peel and buff, its a little cold out so its taking awhile to cure and I didn't want to get any runs.
