'19 TRD ORP Grill openings

I was a bit surprised at the size of the grill openings when I bought my ORP but didn't think much of it afterwards. Last week, I was sure I got a small bird but saw nothing on my grill after I arrived home and figured I was mistaken or it bounced off. A few days later, 2 of my dogs were vigorously sniffing my front bumper. Turns out a small bird did get through. I had to lower the facade in front of the skid plate to get it out.

Yes it is surprising how large those grille openings are. All in the name of styling I suppose. Several members have installed smaller gauge mesh inserts behind the plastic grille. I put window screening material on the outside to make it easier to clean off bugs.
