I have an 85 4runner I'm currently restoring. Have owned for about 4years now. Its been on the back burner, as i'm sure those of you with family and an 60-70 work week are familiar with. Getting a little more time now with our hrs getting cut back. I have the base edition runner with no back seat from factory. I haven't had any success in finding a used one. I was wandering if anyone out there could tell me the dimensions of the factory seat as in height and width or if there is any other seat(jeep, small suv, etc.) that would come close. I can fabricate some mounts if necessary. They are certainly getting harder to find in salvage yards thats for sure. Any info from someone who has installed one from another make or model would be appreciated.
