1988 4runner air/fan controls not working

I know its probably an easy fix.

does anyone have a link to a full service manual.


the only way i can get anything out of the vents is if the truck is driving and i have the air control set to hot, and air from outside and fan on high, and i only get a little air.

my fan isn't working at all.

Any help?

Just noticed a snipped brown and green wire behind glove box and a connector not plugged in. Connector plugged in does nothing.

hooked those wires together. green-green, brown-brown and now when i turn fan on, i get constant beep noise. just a solid beep.
