1996 Toyota 2.7 Idler Pulley

Hey guys, I need a little help. I have a 96 base model 4runner with a 2.7 in it. It keeps shreadding the a/c belt on it (well it's done it twice in the last month or so). Looking at it closer, seems that the idler is out of alignment with the a/c compressor and the crank pulley. So, I take off the idler pulley and it seems like the spacer behind the pulley is partially missing. Has anyone ran into this problem before? Where in the world could a person find this spacer? Thanks for any info.

You need to replace the idler pulley if it keeps going through belts. It's a two part pulley and the outside metal ring can seperate from the rubber inside. It's not that difficult to do yourself but it's not cake, you need to torque it to 174lbs
