1999 - 2000 4runner limited with e-locker

Decided that I don't want to daily drive the '89 4runner w/o AC anymore, so I've decided to search for the 4runner that I've wanted for some time now.

I'm in Southern California and willing to drive, but prefer it to be a CA car to avoid DMV hassles and fees.

1999 or 2000 limited 4x4 with rear diff lock.

Prefer:
* White, but any color will do.
* Low miles, or high mileage with any kind of maintenance records or proof of regular maintenance.
* Good exterior condition
* Excellent interior condition.
* Everything working including the AC system.

I have cash and am not in a hurry, so let me know what you have.

I've seen them range from $5400 - $7900, so that's the price range that I'm looking for. Unfortunately all that I've found are from dealers, and I'd rather purchase private party.

Look on the SD Craigs List, also LA area. We have some nice Limited that come up for sale but they do go fast with this option. There are deals to be found. There is a really nice on but they want 10k for it.

I have a 97 Limited W/E-locker, 155k, owned by an Older lady. Creampuff is an understatement. Was originally from California too. No rust!

I need to use a program other than searchtempest. It brings up the LA ones, but not the SD. Those are some good options and if they're still around when I get back from camping this weekend, I'll check them out.

Doesn't matter to me as long as it's clean. I'll end up putting a 2-3" suspension lift, with better shocks and tires if I get a stock one anyway.

Picked up a '99 limited with all the options. 134k miles and maintenance done. Will need tires and brakes pretty soon, but no major issues.
