Greetings All! I'm new to this blog stuff but really could use some good advice. I have a 1999 4-runner that the transmission started slipping at a red light about a week ago. Now it seems all the gear selections are out. Just prior to this, my engine light came on. I have 252,000 on it and don't know if I should consider a new trans or put it to rest. I've always kept up with all the fluids and maintenance and the interior looks new. Appreciate any advice you have. Thanks
