I am selling my 1999 Toyota 4runner. It has the V6 engine, 4 speed automatic transmission, working 4x4, and is the SR5 model. It currently has 249k miles and has been my daily driver for almost 8 years now. It has been a very reliable vehicle overall and burns absolutely no oil. The transmission was replaced at 220k and currently has 145k on it as well as having an aftermarket transmission cooler. I have recently replaced the front coils and struts with factory moog replacement and have also done the rear springs with OME 891s. The rear differential cover was just replaced and the timing belt and water pump were done at 175k miles. The rear differential breather has been extended as well and having the deckplate mod. The front and rear sway bars have also been removed but I still have them and they are included. It has a safari snorkel, roof rack with back up lights, and a 42in LED light bar. The only current problems are a tie rod end on the passenger side and possibly a head gasket that is about to go. It has a rough idle for the first 10 seconds of start up after a night of sitting. It looses about a quart of antifreeze every 3 weeks but no overheating or white smoke. Rust on the body and frame is average for a vehicle of this age in PA. No holes or cracks on the frame. Overall it has been a very good vehicle, I have since bought another 4Runner so I have no need for two.
