what's new at t4r

Big dip in user base since 2020 so things are a lot slower now, unfortunately mostly experienced and knowledgeable users. Lot of companies also either died out or stopped offering 3rd gen products during the pandemic too. But other than that not a whole bunch

I am new here on the forum. I am looking to 1UZ swap my 2002 sport. I saw that you were here in BG, and I was stoked! I'd love to pick your brain about the swap! I need any info/help I can get. I finished up repairing the classic rust area on the frame, and am looking for some more power and better mileage. I have the "blueple" (as my family and I call it) 4runner in town.

what's new at t4r

I think Devbot and JBurt are unfortuately right... I must admit, I havent been on much myself. I still very much have my 4R. I've had to Helicoil cyl 3, rebuilt the front end and installed poly bushings all around and replaced all shocks--- twice. I'm now approaching 450k--- thats over 200k since my JDM engine swap... Still drive it 3-4 times a week, or my Celica...

Runner still going strong, stronger than I am anyway. Nice to see T4r still going on too. We need these types of forums to keep the flame alive...
