2 gen qustion, there isnt a 2 gen tag

so i saw this hose looking thing, and i have no idea were it goes there is no sucktion on it, or air coming out of it, it runs really really good without it, i dont know if there is something that is suppose to go there, and if there is, then were? any help thank you guys!

it is on a 1995 4runner 3.0

that thing is on the front passager side, near the battry

Is that the a/c evaporator drip tube?

Ever see water drip out slowly when a/c is running?

2nd gen 4runners are grouped with classics. They have them together because they both have such a small group that without eachother they would die. And they have very similar parts between the years. Not saying someone here can't help you, just someone there might be able to help you more. :wave:
