Seriously??? I do not get it...the guy has a job where he got a measly $200 bonus...dont hate on him...praise him. If your job doesn't give bonuses (mine does not) STFU or change jobs. Crap I wish his job gave him a $20k bonus....life is not equal and it should not be. You want the $200 bonus???...do what he did to get it!

I still remember me gettning a position that paid about 15k more than the same position around me. The GD crying and whining was sickening....I literally called them all into a meeting. I said exact words...."Every one of you are *****ing, complaining, and saying how unfair it is I'm getting paid more than all of you. What single one of you actually negotiated your f'n contract instead of accepting what they offered? (Not one hand out of 5 was raised). I then said "If any of you had half a brain you would not complain but use me to get yourself a raise....and when you do...all of you owe me 10% of what you get". I have not seen a penny yet but everyone of those f'n wankers make a shit ton more now because of me!!

Don't know if you could tell pay/compensation is a hot button for me. LOL

Ha, first post was "gut instinct" when I converted it to £.

I just worked out on todays "average UK price" of fuel, its $5.58/US gallon, but we at probably slightly above average price here. That's for regular, not premium, which I sometimes treat it to.

At UK fuel price, $200 would get you 35.8 US Gallons. 4Runner tank based at 18.5 gallons (yes, that's 100% empty. I know!).. works out just under two!

Yup.. that said over 50% is tax!

We seem to pay a lot of tax, the top earning tax bracket is 40%, pretty much all goods have a 20% sales tax, and other items have additional tax (like fuel, the best bit being that the taxed value, is taxed, so you are paying tax on tax! When you die, there is an additional 40% on any inheritance.

I was offered a Job in Texas, I was really tempted, especially when they told me the income tax on that wage band was 25%!!

If you need a new stereo head unit, there are a few good options for under $200 (even the fancy double din touch screen kind).
Personally I'd go with a good dash cam. This one has pretty good reviews and for $200, you could get a front facing and rear facing one:

Not quite a bonus, but...I was at a work convention a few weeks ago and won a Business Card drawing and won some Beats by Dr. Dre Solo2 wired headphones.
Cool, but I'm not an audiophile and last thing I need is a $175 set of headphones...I'd rather have the $175.
Problem is, the company that sponsored the giveaway put their logo on the headphones so eBay seems to be treating them as if they are lice-ridden right now.
