My dad had a '01 rodeo then traded for a new '05? I dunno it was the last year they made them. The '05 was crap, weird shifting transmission, failed a/c, failed sunroof, rusting hatch stuts after one trip to the beach, sometimes the idle would soar to 3000rpm when it was cold. No more seat pockets, no more power and winter mode on the transmission. No more vanity mirrors. The '01 had all of this and the '05 was top of the line. The Isuzu dealership basically said "yeah that's what happens when GM takes over."
He bought a '06 4Runner Sport and loves it. He was a big fan of the Rodeo too. The only thing good I can say about the last Rodeo was it had the 3.5 instead of the 3.2 and the 3.5 hauled.
