2000 limited Kenwood DMX906S... What wiring harness to buy?

So I bought a Kenwood DMX906S unit for "Bandit" unfortunately I am having a hell of a time finding a wiring harness as it's not a simple plug and play situation.

The Cd player came stock on my model of 4runner.

Anyone run into this that can help?

Side-Note: Stock CD player has what looks like to Power in cords, new head unit only looks to utilize one... not sure if I should just leave the other hanging.

You should just need a Metra 70-1761! You'll still need to crimp/solder the colors together on the back your radio harness to this metra one, but besides that, thats it. You may have a factory amp (behind and under the factory stereo) which will need to get removed as well for installation.

Yep, the Metra 70-1761 harness will plug into the factory harness that currently plugs into your factory amp. As apohl mentioned, you still have to solder/crimp the Metra harness to the harness that came with your new head unit. I used this harness to install my Kenwood DPX793BH.
