2000 Ltd shock replacement/upgrade options

Trying to find opinions on what to do to my as of now stock 2000 LTD with 257k. Optimum i think right now would be to replace shocks with the '99 highlander edition O.E. set to get a touch of lift and life back into the system.

I am looking for opinions from anyone who has done this or a close/better option. Expected Prices?
