2004 Sport Ed. 4x4 Leveling Kit Issue

Hey Guys, this is my first post, read your forum for quite a while. I have a 2004 Sport Edition 4x4, with 299,100 very reliable miles on it. With nearly 300k I have decided to retire my 4Runner to a life of luxury only going to the beach with surfboards in the back. I decided to do a couple mods, first was the leveling kit. After reading many positive responses to the daystar 2.5/1.5 I dropped it to my mechanic, and he threw it on for me. He screwed up the ABS wire, no big deal I can handle that, but I had a question before I look like an ass and question his work. Does the truck look level and like it should to you guys? When I did this on my old tacoma is was very level, it almost looks to me like he put the 2.5 in the back and 1.5 in the front? Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Yes, that looks about right for a 4th gen with that many miles on it. You have to understand that your front OEM coils are sagging and thus, does not look as lifted as it might on a Runner with under 100k on the clock.

Thanks for your responses guys. I have changed out a ton of parts in the suspension over the years, but thats probably what it is. I actually bought the truck used with super slow miles, the bar was on it already. I am actually contemplating getting something a little bigger, if you are in Florida I'm happy to let you know when I sell it.

There's no possible way to install the rear spacers up front or the fronts in the rear. It doesn't look as high as I'd expect but it looks ok. Here's a picture of my old truck post 2.5/1.5 install, also, tires are 255/75s which are somewhat taller than stock - around 32"

Mine's got 155k on it and I'm looking to do the same lift. With all those miles on my XREAS I'm planning to replace the shocks and springs at all 4 corners with MOOG stuff from RockAuto (about $100 per corner) at the same time. Thinking this will give me the best bang for my buck.
