I ordered a 2005 Camry NAV unit for my SR5 with the standard radio setup. How very awsome it is, it even improved the sound of my previous radio. I followed all the various posts regarding the NAV install, and found they were all helpful. The one thing about the '05 Camry unit was that the amp was a little different than the one in all the posts. I think that it was for the JBL amp and it looked quite different than the one I received from OEMvalue.com Mine was not as "thin", so it did not seem the best to install in the upper glove box. I was able to find a bracket that worked out real well. The screws that came with the unit were to small, luckily I had a longer screw. I did have to Dremel the corner out of the upper glove box, which comes out easy with 4 screws. As you can see from the pics, I did not need to cut the ENTIRE corner out, but oh well, it worked out fine. The other improvisation I had to to was connecting the speed sensor and reverse sensor. Oemvalue did not have any more of the harnesses, so I had to connect directly to the connectors. I was able to find an old harness for RCA hookups from a previous radio I had, and do a bit of electronics surgery to remove two wires with connectors on them. I bought some 20 ga. wire and some splicers and everything worked out nice. I was very proud of myself, as I am not that experienced in this sort of thing.
