2005 SR5 4runner pads?

Does anyone know what the factory OEM front brake pads are made of? ceramic/organic/semi-metallic,etc? I'm very pleased with the wear of the factory pads but will not pay 79.95+tax at the stealership for the pads or $179.99+tax for a front brake job. Only use 4runner around town, no offroading.

I could be wrong here, but I could have sworn I read somewhere the other day that the OEM rear pads are semi-metallic and the fronts are ceramics. Again, I am not 100% sure on that. You can find OEM pads on ebay for WAY cheaper. You should be able to find a complete set (front & rear) or around $100.
