Hi guys! I just want to show what I have. I bought this 4Runner about 6 months ago. It had 165k on the clock when I got it. The first thing I did was to put some spacers on it. Next was Plasti-Dip, followed by some Weathertech floor liners. Today I did a mild lift. I did some Superflex in the rear, 884s with a 3/8" top-plate spacer on the drivers side and a 1/4" spacer on the front passenger side. I used 5100s all around set to the lowest setting in front.

nice! I just bought a 2003 v8 a few moths ago myself. 184 on it when I got it. I am about to do some spacers front and rear for the time being to clear the existing tires. first thing I done was remove the soccer mom running boards and then ad wheel spacers.

I got some new tires today! I went with some 275/70r 17 BFG KO2s. I struggled for months debating between these and some 255/80r17 Cooper ST Maxx. I even went as far as to have my tire guy order in both sets from their warehouse so I could see both tires in person. Ultimately I decided the way I did because the BFGs just seemed a little more sensible but I am kicking myself in the butt over it a little. Here is a side by side picture of the 2 of them together:

At the end of the day I am sure I will be happy but the BFGs just don't quite have the wow Facter of the Coopers. If this runner weren't my daily driver, I would have went with the Coopers.

By the way, for anybody in Utah, I highly recommend Clayton Snow Tire pros in Riverton. They were by far the lowest price I could find in Utah and they always get my in for rotations in a very timely manner.
