There are lots of TSB's, but must of them are just informational.
Here are the ones I know of for possible problems:
TSB-0067-08 Noise from Radio AUX Port (2006 and up) - There is a new AUX port and line filter available to correct static noise in the AUX port.
TSB-0289-09 Moonroof Stuck (2003 and up) - The moonroof assembly may get stuck or operate poorly ultimately due to hardened grease.
TSB-0086-09 SRS DTC's (2006 and up) - The SRS (airbag) system may turn on the error light and throw DTC's B0111 or B0116 due to an electrical issue in the side airbags in the front seats. (If you don't have a light on the dash, there's no problem. This is just a known solution if you do get a light on.)
In addition to those three, there are potential issues for all 2003 and up 4Runners for the stinky catalytic converters and front seat squeaks/rattles.
Overall, that's a very short list!
