Has anyone ever gotten one of these:

To work in their 4th gen 4Runner? The ad says it should as its compatible with the FCC ID. I got the key cut, the chip is programmed, but I can't get the key fob to program! I go through the steps, I get the door locks to act like they are in programming mode, but the fob doesn't respond. I've replaced the batteries and I can see the red LED flickering in there when I press the button.
