2010 Limited Options No Longer Available?

I have a 2010 Limited and was looking to trade in for a new 2013 Limited. I wanted to see if someone could shed come light on some of the things I was told at the dealer.

1. The 15 speaker JBL system only comes with the 4 disc CD/Nav unit, and is not available with Ntune.

2. The extending cargo desk is no longer available in any way. (They have offered to oull it off my 2010 and see if they can install before I trade it in...)

These are my main hangups for getting a 2013. I was also told that a 2012 is more expensive (which I can't quite wrap my head around).

Trying to keep this short an not a novel. Anyone with some insight would be appreciated.
