2010 sr5 pulling issue

I bought a 2010 sr5 in October, and promptly had some issues so I had the dealership do some work on it. They replaced the brakes and rotors which were causing a lot of noise and i was very happy with that.
I had also asked them to look into a severe pulling to the right while moving, since it was still in their warranty. They said there was no issue and alignment was perfect.
Fast forward 2 months and the pulling is just as bad, and now I notice my tires are very worn, with the right ones being just about bald.
The dealer warranty is up, and I'm not pumped about buying new tires so soon, any suggestions?

Also thanks for all the info on here, I've done a few easy mods and have all the necessary stuff to start doing my own oil changes and rotations.

Did they actually put it on the rack to check the alignment or did they just say it was fine? If they gave the alignment sheet post it up so the knowledgable (not me) can check it out.

Unfortunately I did not think to ask for the sheet at the time. The paperwork just says no adjustments were necessary.

You took it in for a severe pull, they (surprise) said it was fine.

What happened between then and 2 months later? If it was "severe" - how did you not notice and take it back?

You been driving it that way for two months?

Even tho the wty is up, have you been back? Even so, they'll say you hit a curb or some such.

Take it to a good alignment shop and get it fixed. Hopefully your tires are still usable. If not get some new ones. Take it back to the dealer and see if you can get any relief. I doubt it but you can try. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies. Severe means if I let go of the wheel the 4r is going to drift right away to the right.
Looking at pictures, I'm probably below 2/32 on the right side at this point so new tires are imminent. I'll take it to an alignment shop and see if I can get the dealer to do anything for me.

Just got back from the tire shop, alignment was dead on and the tech toOK me back and walked me around and showed me everything. He said the previous owner did not rotate tires which has caused rounding and the current wandering.
So I'm shopping for new tires, but I loved my frontiers discoverer at2s so much I am pretty much set on at3s. 2 quick questions:
How much longer life do LT ties get with the deeper tread and is it worth the extra cost?
Anyone have experience with mastercraft courser axt and how close are they to the discoverer at3s?

Again thanks to everyone here, I need to get a picture up soon to show her off.

Can you post the alignment specs?

LT Tires are not worth it unless you need them for off road use. They may or may not last longer than P rated, but the extra up front expense and MPG hit will much more than make up for any possible extra tread life.

I'd hate to suggest that there may be an issue with the power steering rack since it is an expensive part, but.....

having the alignment actually checked would eliminate the possibility of a bent tie rod - inner or outer - at least in my mind. steering rack would seem to be the next link in the chain.
