Purchased a 2011 4runner SR5 blizzard white

Ok everyone is telling me to start with a lift and new tires, what is a good budget lift (don't want it super tall) and kinda easy to install.

Also what is everyone's choice for best A/T tire for this vehicle, I drive mostly on the road but when I do go off road it's pretty bad back to the hunting camp.

Also what ply is recommended for tires on this vehicle?

I was looking something like the cornfed 2/1 lift?
