2011 Rim Issues - Peeling

My first post so hopefully this the right place to ask this question.

I just bought a used 2011 with 43k on the odo. Mint condition and was taken care of really well.

I have noticed that the rims, all 4, seem to be peeling. That is the best way I can describe the issue. Its almost like someone cleaned them with a cleaner that was too hard on them. I have been able to clean up some of the issues, but wondering what my next step should be. I am really anal about this type of stuff and want them fixed asap. Ideas??

New rims or sand and re clear coat existing. You could also paint or plasti dip them. Those are all your options. Pick one.

gotcha, just wasnt sure if there was a way to keep them from peeling even more.

I see you can get refurbs for about 140 a piece, might just do that and sell the ones I have.
