2011 spacer lift question...

Helping out a friend of mine that just got a 2011 4runner limited and wants to do a small lift to fit more agressive tires. He wants to go 2.5-3", which spacer do you guys reccomend, Daystar, Toytec? He has factory 20" wheels which is gonna be expensive for agressive tires.

Honestly most of the spacers work the same so to each his own there. I went with the Readylift spacers as I like their design more.

As far as agressive tires I ditched my 20's in favor of some 18's so I can fit some decent tires on it. The stock 20's are only 7 inches wide and the offset is terrible. At least get some spacers if he is going to keep the 20's to help the stance.

I ordered the Daystar spacers because they do not preload the shock/spring. The install looks stupid easy and the ride is said to be great, but I have not yet put them in so I cannot say for sure.

No lift or wheel spacers and no rub on stock 20" wheels. The tires are a huge improvement over the stock 245/60r20's
