2011 Trail Window Frame Peel

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if any others have experienced anything with the window frames peeling. What I am talking about is the section above the window that is black for our trail editions. I recently had it bump into a bit of wood and it started peeling off, looks like there is original paint under it. Wondering if I should reapply vinyl or not. I can get some photos later tonight, but just wondering if anyone experienced this since I didn't find it on the search.

I am guessing this is just part# 75756-35020. It says "Moulding, Window Frame" on the parts manual. Just wondering if anyone had to reapply these. It looks like just tape, and maybe 31 dollars of tape. Wondering if I could just put my own vinyl on for cheaper.

I have had no issues with mine......
