I will have my US 4Runner in South America ( Argentina and Chile) during January (Dakar) and seek to find the South America map file that gets loaded via the Sd card. By looking at the nations Toyota websites both countries appear to be selling the identical Nav System in their 4Runners.
1. Is it safe to assume that a Sd card from Argentina or Chile will simply work?
2. Can anyone source a SD card for me for South America?
I talked to Toyota US support and they constantly repeated them self telling me how unwise it is to drive my car outside the country and more or less where a waste of my time.
