Kinda disappointed in the looks of the TE, I was thinking it would look tougher, like the '10-13' TE's did. But maybe in white or black it would look better. Found this picture on a different thread, looks good.

You can sorta tell looking at the grill, but even if it is photoshopped, it still looks sweet.

Well, you're supposed to buy the TE for capability, not style. A few subtle differences for those in-the-know is good enough IMO.

The TE looks pretty good. I wish Toyota would body color that huge piece of faux chrome on the front bumper cover.

I am curious to see a Nautical Blue w/ the Brown leather.

If you zoom in close enough, you can see that the SR5 still has the same old silver trim as before. Highly disappointing.

If you're willing, I'd imagine the center stack would be easy enough to swap out with TE parts, but the tough bit would be the door handles/power window trim. Dinoc might be the only way to go for those. Hopefully I'm wrong about that one.

That very well may be right, but I'm going to continue hope the FULL black trim is just a difference between the base and premium trim vs. what differentiates between the SR5 and Trail trim, as [MENTION=66624]KCcarguy[/MENTION] mentioned.

Any mention of moving the trailer plug so you don't have to get on your back to hook up a trailer? Great spot to not get hung on rocks, but horrible if you actually tow every week.

I just mentioned it as most people seem to have a bigger problem with the black and grey panels, and don't like the grey.

I have never understood why they place the connector down there? I also haven't heard of Jeeps having a problem with clearance and they have the connector right next to the receiver...

I'm guessing connectors due to LED's... the tailights appear identical in size and placement, obviously the headlights feature a different bumper. The architecture is the same, but BMW's specifically E46 BMW's had these problems when they updated the tailights in 04' to LED and people wanted to retrofit.
