That silver Trail does look sharp...
Toyota uses it in the '12+ Prius and the '13 Tacoma. I'm sure, like leather, there are different styles and grains, but you can get an idea from those two.

This was informative, very interested to see what they have planned for the MSRP of the Trail since they are producing two tier's for each model. Was planning on an SR5 with 4x4 but if the Trail is closer in price then the 2010-13 model that could open up an option.
I have softex in my v and leather in my 4Runner. I'd be hard pressed to choose which one I like better. After 16k miles in the v and 36k in the SR5, both look factory new. The softex feels softer to the touch, though.

Good eye! I wonder if it's just the angle of the picture and/or the way it's sitting on the ground or if they actually lifted up the front suspension a tad...

I'm assuming that is super white on an SR5. That looks great! I like the SR5 wheels better than the Trail wheels.

The Truck Trend article has a photo gallery with what looks like Toyota's press photos for the SR5 (Black) and Limited (in Nautical Blue).
It still amazes me how much of these "first drives" are just (slightly) rehashed versions of the manufacturer's press kits.
And when they do use their own creative juices, they just make stuff up (sixth-generation, KickingTires?; this is a mid-cycle refresh of the 5th gen).

full on view of the LE with the chrome. dont know if i like it or hate it. at least the color will match the warden's tacoma.
with this blue i actually like it. would have to see how it looks on a red and silver version to make a final decision.

Trying to fiugre which lights are leds if any. Looks like the amber might be and that is the parking light? The halogen is the DRL? Think so.
That truck will look very good IMO with new wider wheels/tires and with that chrome strip dipped.
edit: just looked back on first page....dosnt look like anything is LED.

I noticed the updated blue lights on the mpg, direction, time display. it would be nice if I could see those numbers from time to time .

I think the DRLs you see at the inner position of the headlights are your high beams as well...I doubt they are going to go through the trouble of making bi-xenon halogen projectors, lol.
The DRLs seem to be the type where they just under drive the high beam lamps at a lower voltage.
No, i remember reading one article listing the refresh updates and it mentioned LED lighting in the front end. This was pretty early on though and might have been specualtion.
Just curios as i dont see any......unless its incorporated in just the SR5.
I dont think the bulb will change. I think its halogen still.
