2014 UnLimited Lighting Retrofit

Today it starts.......... Adding HIDs, HALO rings, Plasma LED, Eyebrow LED and completely painting the housing accents black.

BTW...anyone know how to keep my pics from appearing sideways?

You should be able to rotate them on your PC before uploading, unless the attachment system here is rotating them for some reason.

Looks really good, but my question, do you buy the headlight housing already done with the Halo, LEDs, or,
do you have to dis-assemble the headlight to add the halo rings and LED's yourself?

where are you getting a 2014 4runner retrofit from? you know a hid retrofit is the full projector lens and reflector housing. From what I have found there is a only a h11 hid bulb conversion, not a retrofit.

Sorry, I just love to see how different people look at things. It really is a bad ass looking truck.

For me, I would put the jack up out of the approach angle and avoid the smart ass comments.

It wasn't a smart ass comment it was an observation. Some of you guys are afraid to tell the truth. I am a lot of things but politically correct is not one of them. Judging by some people's posts they wouldn't last a day in my world of black and white...no grey here.

Oracle Lighting is opening the housing and installing the LED strip, just below the chrome reverse check and a HALO around the projector.

Thanks for the compliment! I am ultimately going to mount the jack on the roof.

I know that jack positioning is jacked up, but I had to try it. I am all about pushing the limits of conventional ideas and appreciate the candor.

OK, cool, and thanks. I've been to Oracle lighting where I am, and that's what they explained they do it as a kit, the strip, and halo's by removing the headlights, opening and installing the strips and halo's, was just wondering if there was someplace where we could buy the headlight assembly already done. :thumb3: Thanks for the info!!

Are you having Oracle actually open the headlight housings for LED and halo lighting and then they will keep the OEM halogen projectors for your HID bulbs/ballasts?
