Good lord,...what a whiny @ss thread. "Meh,...my hood flexes,...wah, wah,..".
Fixed that for you :eyebrows:
Thread has more hints of cheese than wine
I too was having this very distracting flexing in the center of the hood at speeds of 70 or more, also In windy situations at lower speed. This made the truck appear cheap and generally poorly made. I was affraid it would ultimately crack the paint or worse.
I found after removing the black cover from the underside of the hood, that there was a gap between the sheet metal and the structural supports. If only those gaps were filled with something flexible yet light? I decided to solve the problem, here is how I did it.
First drop $3 on some Great Stuff foam sealant at your local hardware store. This is the insulating foam that you spray from a can and it expands, I used the Blue can because its supposed to be more flexible.

Next remove the black cover from the under side of the hood and place it black side down to cover the engine. You could also use a tarp, this stuff can get messy.

You can clearly see the gap between the sheet metal, I filled them "ALL OF THEM" once filled i allowed the foam to setup for around an hour.

The whole thing looked a bit messy, but it can be cleaned up with a little acetone (Fingernail Polish Remover) or, in my case, I just put the damn cover back on! Don't worry about any foam extruding from where the clips go. They will just snap on and all is good and right in the world now!

This resolved the issue, I have absolutely no bounce, flex or any such movement. I will update with further observations but I can say, whatever you can fill the gaps with, fixes the issue. Just to be sure, I tested at 100mph. ;-)
