2015 T4Runner sway control question

As the subject says I am trying to decide whether to purchase a WDH and/or sway control system. I will be towing a Forest River R-Pod 179 which has a GVWR of 3785 lbs and a hitch weight of 285 lbs. The trailer is 20' in length. My T4R has 4WD if that affects the decision. I am hearing all kinds of recommendations on the R-Pod forum and don't know who to believe. I would like to hear from experienced 4Runner owners who have been towing similar trailers. I also would like recommendations for a WDH and/or sway control system. Also are there any changes I need to make to the 4Runner?
