2016 Audio head unit swap

I've been poking around on google and haven't really found my answer.
I have a 2016 SR5 that has a pretty basic stereo without nav.
I'd like to upgrade to an OE head unit that has the nav.
I'm sure it makes it easier that I'm an auto tech and have a J2534 with a Toyota subscription if I need to flash anything.
Looking on Ebay, the units are REALLY expensive. What can I expect to pay on average?

ETA: is this an easy swap, or will I need harnesses?
