This is a place to write to Santa. Tell them how good you are and what is on your wish list this year for the Secret Santa here at T4R. This will help people find out what you are into besides 4Runners that is a given.

Examples- Outdoors, Camping, Photography, Star Wars, what ever else you may like in life. I know that we all have other loves and hobbies. This is intended to help someone pick that gift for SS this year.

Now the fun part- Since this is a WISH list include one item that just would be BA. Maybe a Yeti Cooler or a ARB Air Locker, You never know who or what someone is willing to do for others(Last year I know someone gave out giftcards to Toys R' Us and it really helped that family out BIG for there kids, that was better than any other gift they could have got from there SS). I now personally I like to give and make people happy and smile.

Dear Santa...

Well this year I have been good. So good that I cut my heard of 4Runners down. It was a sad day but I finally did it. There has not been as much offroad ing well none really so I finally got that 99 limited up and going with a fresh engine in here. I'll leave some ideas Santa and maybe you can help me finish some stuff and help with other hobbies as well.

Interests-
My 99 Limited 4runner
Fishing- I fish local tournaments and semi professional bass tournaments, I also Fly fish so anything related to that will help out also. I can use more dry boxes for my Fly's.
Camping- Could use new tent steaks Santa. Im broke some of my MSR ground hogs this year. I really could use some
Stuff for my Kayaks accessories etc, https://www.niteize.com/product/GearLine.asp Things like that from this place is always very helpful. Like that 9 way tie down they are Money! Dry bags like those ones from river two sea, and really need some Carabiners to hold stuff in place while on the rive.

Dream Item

A pair of Simms fishing gloves to fly fish with and still keep my hands warm.

A small Yeti hard cooler for those long 5-8 day river trips like that Tundra 35.

Or a set of nice fog lamps for the 4runner

That Sawyer squeeze filter is the $hit. We have one and used it on a 5 day river trip. Not having to pack water was HUGE! We loved it and it works really good.

Between this and Aquamira it's all that we carry. With some big trips coming up I think we'll need another one though.

Dear Santa,

I've been very good this year on T4R and not posted any dumb questions to the forum that have been asked a million times; I think that alone effectively means I'm on the nice list.

I spend time outside; camping, hunting, fishing, and shooting are some of my favorite things to do. I have a ridiculous number and knives and fully enjoy collecting them; CRKT and Case are among my favorite brands, as well as Spyderco and Benchmade. I own a number of rifles/shotguns, and I've just started a new AR build with the purchase of a stripped lower receiver; at the moment, that's all I have for it.

Like any red-blooded American, I LOVE my adult beverages. I'm very well versed in bourbons and whiskeys. I'm a beer guy too; I'm more partial to darker beers (stouts, porters, etc), and definitely not an IPA fan. I recently started adventuring into homebrewing with a Northern Brewer setup. Like everyone else here, I love my 4Runner. My girlfriend likes to refer to it as as the other woman in my life because of how much time I spend on this forum reading about what I can do to it. I've owned it about 5 years, but my mods and additions have been minimal thus far; unfortunately keeping up with its maintenance has kept me from going nuts. I'd like to add two lights to my roof basket eventually, add some fogs up front, etc.

Dream gift... Well, Santa, an ARB bumper or a lift package for my 4runner would be nice.

That ought to give you a fair amount of idea potential, Santa :cheers:

I don't post a lot on here but do visit daily and read about all the great builds....that counts as being a good kid, right?

I have a slight obsession with lights. Flash lights, Led bars, EDC lights

I love modding my runner and the next few small projects I would like to start are some extra USB ports throughout as well as a 1000w inverter in the rear so any supplies to make that happen would be great.

I could also use a new radio, I have a single din flip out dvd player but after numerous off road excursions the screen now refuses to come out and its starting to short out every once and awhile.

I could use some custom switches for all the lights I have set up so I don't have all these wires hanging from my dash, not sure who makes them for 3rd gen runners

Realistic: Little cosmetic things, I bought a cleaner-upper so it's pretty basic besides interior LEDs right now.
Camping stuff (chairs, travel grill, pad to lay on)

Realistic:

I wish to be a great husband, father and employee.
I wish to grateful for my many blessings
I hope to find ways to get my kids off their darn computers.....

Unrealistic: I hope our country can heal from this election! :usa2:

Maybe: I hope Trump is a decent to pretty good President who can help move our country forward! :pray2:
